Role: Residential Activity Coordinator (Beeches)
Location: Mirfield, WF14 0DQ
Salary: £12.31/hr
Hours: 37.5 hrs (including some weekend work)

Shifts: Flexibility to work between 10am - 8pm

Note: We cannot offer sponsorship for UK work and require 6 months of UK work experience in any sector prior to application.

At Hollybank Trust, we support adults and young people with profound and multiple learning disabilities to live fully. We are seeking new team members for our Beeches services, working full-time, including some weekends and evenings.

  • Plan, create, and lead activities for our adults throughout the week.
  • Develop innovative engagement methods for adults and support staff.
  • Build positive relationships with adults, supporting their person-centred care plans.
  • Deliver a sustainable, adaptable enrichment program, regularly evaluated for excitement and individualization.
  • Document adult engagement via photos, videos, and other methods.
  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals and families to maximize program effectiveness.
