Job summary

Care UK is recruiting a Lifestyle Co-ordinator in Heanor to support residents’ wellbeing by creating engaging, personalised activity plans and helping residents stay active and independent. You’ll work closely with families and the community to deliver meaningful experiences in a caring, homely environment.

Our Learning Academy provides extensive training and apprenticeship opportunities, with a focus on compassion, teamwork and making a daily difference for residents.

Responsibilities

• Help residents stay active and independent
• Identify residents' goals and implement personalised activity plans
• Support residents in exploring new interests and engaging in physical activities
• Collaborate with families, residents and the local community to create meaningful experiences
• Bring creativity, flexibility and fun to provide new activities for diverse interests
• Maintain a mature, proactive approach to enhance residents' lives
