St Monica Trust’s The Chocolate Quarter in BS31 is seeking a Resident Support Assistant on a part-time, fixed-term (12 months) basis. You will provide housekeeping, catering and hospitality services to residents, focusing on creating a welcoming environment with excellent customer service.

This role is not a care or nursing position. You will work 11.00am–7.30pm on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri; a collaborative, one-team approach is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Deliver holistic, person-centred hospitality, housekeeping and catering to residents.
  • Maintain hygiene standards in line with health and safety and food hygiene laws.
  • Keep room checks, lounge areas ready as coffee/bar spaces.
  • Collaborate with care home teams to meet residents' needs.
  • Report faults, repairs or hazards through proper channels.

## Resident Support AssistantApply: The Chocolate Quarter - Charterhouse (Care Home) BS31: The Chocolate Quarter (Full Time Hours 40): Part time: Posted Today: JR102712**Fixed term contract for 12 months.** **Rate of pay:** £13.48 per hour.**Working pattern:** 11.00am - 7.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. **Job purpose**The purpose of the Resident Support Assistant role is to provide high-quality housekeeping, catering, and hospitality services within our care home. This is not a care or nursing position. Instead, you will focus on creating a comfortable, welcoming environment for residents by delivering excellent customer service and working collaboratively as part of a “one-team” approach to enhance the overall resident experience. **Key Results** Summary responsibilities* Delivery of a holistic, person-centred service to care home residents, which identifies their hospitality, housekeeping and catering needs and preferences.
