  • Viewings & moveins: Schedule and conduct apartment tours, movein handovers and amenity bookings.
  • Inventories & maintenance: Prepare/update inventories, carry out inspections and log/action maintenance issues.
  • Communal & parking: Keep bin stores, cycle stores, car parks, lounges and shared areas clean, safe and welcoming.
  • Contractors & compliance: Coordinate contractor visits, maintain site logs and perform regular Health & Safety checks/testing.
  • Complaints & communications: Handle/resolution complaints, escalate when needed, and update site notices and digital portals.
  • Shift handovers & cover: Produce clear endof-shift reports and provide flexible shift cover across the team.
  • Community engagement: Support resident events, surveys and socialmedia activities to build community spirit.
  • Security & emergencies: Conduct security patrols, gym checks and respond to outof-hours incidents.
