Job summary

Linde Material Handling seeks a Resident Engineer to service forklifts and related equipment at a customer site in Oxfordshire. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and keep equipment running at peak efficiency.

You’ll work autonomously on site, with IT record-keeping, and interact with customers to deliver reliable service. NVQ3 and a full UK driving licence are required; training and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience as forklift technicians, plant fitters, or vehicle technicians.
• Comfortable working autonomously at customer sites.

You’ll also be the guardian of preventative maintenance, conducting essential check-ups that keep the fleet running smoothly.Being located at one of our resident customer locations, you’ll bring your expertise to service Linde forklifts and other state-of-the-art material handling equipment, forging strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service and support. Being an integral part of our customers’ operation ensuring Linde’s world class products reputation is maintained at all times.We are interested in candidates with experience as vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers, particularly those who have worked as forklift technicians, plant fitters, plant technicians, or vehicle technicians.
