Holmes Care Group LTD in Scotland is seeking an Activity Coordinator to enrich residents' lives through engaging activities and compassionate support. You will focus on ensuring residents lead stimulating, fulfilling lives with a person-centered approach and warm interactions with families and staff.

Experience in activity coordination is desirable; training will be provided. This permanent, on-site role offers a supportive team environment, ongoing professional development, and access to staff

Formación

• Previous experience in Activity Coordination is desirable, but training and support will be provided.
• Experience in caregiving is welcome but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Providing excellent care and support to residents.
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual.
• Providing support and guidance to family members.
• Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship to residents.
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
