Holmes Care Group is seeking an Activity Coordinator to join our team in Scotland. This role involves providing engaging activities to enrich residents’ lives and supporting them with their daily care needs.

The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, with opportunities for training and development within a values-driven environment. We welcome applicants with caring experience and offer extensive benefits, pension, and training opportunities, along with recognition schemes and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Activity Coordinator is desirable, but training and support will be given.
• Caring, compassionate approach with residents and families.
• Ability to work as part of a team and develop relationships with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents.
• Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual.
• Providing support and guidance to family members.
• Engaging in day to day activities and providing companionship to residents.
• Maintaining good communication and developing effective working relationships with other team members.
