Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) - Crawley Area
Pay: GBP15 - GBP22 per hour - Temp to Perm
Are you an empathetic and organised communicator with experience in resident liaison, ready to support important property works in Crawley We're looking for a dedicated RLO to be the vital link between our projects and the community!
We're seeking a proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join our team, based in the Crawley area. In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring clear and consistent communication with residents during ongoing property upgrades and maintenance works, helping to make the process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.
What You'll Be Doing:
Resident Communication: Be the primary point of contact for residents, providing clear information about planned works, schedules, and any potential disruptions.
Query Resolution: Proactively address resident concerns and queries with empathy and efficiency, working to resolve issues quickly.
Access Coordination: Help arrange and confirm access for operatives and contractors to carry out works in residents' homes.
Support & Updates: Provide ongoing support to residents throughout the project lifecycle and keep them informed of progress.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and communications.
What We're Looking For:
RLO Experience: Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, ideally within social housing or property maintenance projects.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and keep track of project details.
Problem-Solver: A calm and effective approach to resolving issues and managing expectations.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Crawley area is beneficial.
Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is often beneficial for travelling between scattered properties, please confirm if this is essential.
