Resident Host - Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
We're looking for an exceptional Resident Host to join our front-of-house team in Liverpool! As the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, home-like atmosphere from the moment people arrive.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome & Host - Be the friendly face greeting residents and visitors as they arrive and depart, ensuring everyone feels at home
  • Customer Service Excellence - Handle all day-to-day enquiries from maintenance requests to parcel deliveries with charm and professionalism
  • Property Management - Conduct apartment tours, manage leasing enquiries, and maintain communal spaces to the highest standards
  • Community Building - Actively engage with residents to build lasting relationships and help organise community events
  • Operations Support - Coordinate repairs, manage bookings for communal spaces, handle guest access arrangements, and oversee move-in/move-out processes
  • Managing reception and communal workspace areas
  • Conducting property tours and handling leasing enquiries
  • Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor arrangements
  • Processing parcel deliveries and secure mail distribution
  • Monitoring gym and communal areas for safety and proper use
  • Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
  • Supporting emergency procedures and health & safety protocols
  • Organising and assisting with resident events
