Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents, families and visitors at our homes. You will serve meals, refreshment and support dining areas to reflect our high standards.

You will work with our hospitality and kitchen teams, contributing to daily food & beverage service while maintaining a professional and friendly approach in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• A friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• An understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and refreshments to residents, families and visitors.
