Job summary

Get Living London Limited seeks a proactive Resident Manager to deliver an exceptional living experience across our Leatherhead communities. You’ll work with the onsite team to keep neighbourhoods optimally occupied and properties ready for viewings and move-ins.

Responsibilities include conducting viewings, meeting occupancy and revenue targets, and ensuring residents enjoy a seamless and engaging experience from enquiry to tenancy. You’ll support events and maintain precise data in Yardi.

Qualifications

• Proven front-of-house customer service skills.
• Experience conducting property viewings and leasing.
• Ability to manage tenant communications and issues with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct viewings booked by the Customer Hub/ Site Team and progress to reservation.
• Achieve occupancy, pricing, revenue and NPS targets.
• Maintain excellent resident experience from first enquiry through move-in and beyond.
• Report activity and maintain data accuracy in Yardi.
