Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and a strong background in customer service.
• Enthusiastic, good communicator, confident, and enjoys chatting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and families, offer refreshments, and support residents to maintain independence where possible.
• Collaborate with kitchen and lifestyles team to keep the cafe clean and ready for events and functions.
• Ensure café/dining areas meet food safety hygiene standards and remain tidy.
