Job summary

Get Living London Limited is seeking a Resident Host for The Elephant - Elephant & Castle on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. You will be the welcoming face of the neighbourhood, delivering exceptional resident experience and coordinating services across facilities, events and amenities.

You will engage daily with residents, visitors and staff, manage reservations, assist with move-ins/outs, and support the Leasing team to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in residential/service sectors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems such as Yardi, RentCafe and HubSpot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-driven.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to engage confidently with residents and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a warm, professional manner and provide assistance.
• Assist residents with queries about premises facilities.
• Manage amenity reservations and events diary.
• Oversee parcel/postal deliveries and notify residents of arrivals.
• Support move-ins/move-outs with the Resident Management team.
• Coordinate with Leasing for pre-mlet-in issues and timelines.
• Track maintenance requests and liaise with relevant teams.
• Ensure safety, compliance and smooth operation of premises.
