Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Resident Engineer in the Felixstowe area to service, maintain and repair forklift trucks and other MHE at a key customer site. You will work hands-on across electrical, mechanical and hydraulics disciplines to minimise downtime and ensure excellent service delivery.

The role offers full training, a company pension and tools provided, with a clear induction scheme and machinery-specific programs to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience.
• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGVs or industrial Vehicles.
• Hands-on experience in Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Resident Engineer to join a leading materials handling business, based full-time at a key customer site. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing forklift trucks and a range of other Material Handling Equipment (MHE), ensuring minimal downtime and excellent service delivery.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of Resident Engineer:

• Must have hands on Servicing or Maintenance Experience

Essential requirements of Resident Engineer:

• Maintenance experience of Forklift Trucks or Mobile Plant Machinery or HGV's or industrial Vehicles.
• Have hands-on experience in the following disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical and Hydraulics.

Desirable Requirements of Resident Engineer:

• Full UK Driving License
• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Engineering.
