Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to design and run engaging activities for residents in our care homes across England. You will mentor staff on engaging with residents and ensuring each day is filled with meaningful moments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Experience organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

• Mentor and train staff on how to engage with residents and foster meaningful interactions.
• Uphold residents' dignity and self-esteem through supportive, person-centred care.
