A leading facilities management company in Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled Electrical Lead Engineer to perform maintenance across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electrical systems, hold relevant certifications, and possess excellent communication skills. Carry out maintenance of electrical systems across a variety of commercial sites. Promote a strong safety culture and build professional relationships with customers and colleagues while delivering high-quality work on time and within cost targets.
Flexibility is key — you'll be working across multiple sites within a defined area, and a company vehicle will be provided to support travel. Excellent communication and strong organisational skills are essential to manage workload and ensure smooth project delivery.

Salary: £42,756.19 per annum plus standby allowance (~£290 per week on rota) with appropriate overtime rates for calls. 22.5 days annual leave rising to 25 after 5 years plus bank holidays. Contract: Permanent, full-time 37.50 hours per week (excluding meal breaks). Typical hours are 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. An out-of-hours on-call rota of 1 in 5 weeks is required to cover a wider area.
We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in electrical systems, mechanical power, control wiring, and electrical installation testing and inspection. In this role, you will take the lead on a variety of facilities management systems, with a primary focus on electrical maintenance.
