Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to help deliver warm, welcoming dining experiences for residents, families and visitors at our Witney home. You will serve meals, refreshment and maintain dining areas to a high standard.

Working with our hospitality and kitchen teams, you will support daily food and beverage service, help prepare dining spaces, and ensure safety and hygiene standards are met while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, catering or customer service environment.
• Friendly, caring and professional approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and refreshments to residents, families and visitors.
• Prepare dining areas and maintain cleanliness and inviting ambience.
