Job summary

Bupa is recruiting a Housekeeping Assistant for Elm View Care Home in Clevedon. This part-time role (20 hours per week) focuses on maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors, supporting other housekeeping and maintenance staff as needed.

You will be responsible for cleaning duties across communal areas and residents' bedrooms, stocking supplies, and raising issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure a consistently high standard of care and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning in care home settings.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home across communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
• Vacuum, mop, polish and ensure upkeep of all areas in line with policy.
• Manage housekeeping stocks and report issues to supervisor.
