Job summary

Bupa's Elm View Care Home in Clevedon is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant (Part Time). You will help create a warm, clean and comfortable environment for residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across communal areas and bedrooms, and by supporting the friendly care team.

This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week with pay in the £13.10–£14.10 per hour range, depending on experience. You’ll join a values-driven team at Elm View, where residents’ wellbeing comes first.

Qualifications

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home.
• Multitask and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
• Ensure residents are comfortable and safe at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.
• Vacuum, mop floors, polish and tidy communal areas and bedrooms.
• Manage housekeeping stocks and alert supervisor to shortages.
