You will mentor staff on engagement techniques, champion resident dignity, and lead with a positive, proactive approach. Experience in care settings and organising group activities is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
• Assertive yet flexible in approach.
