About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for effective invoice generation and debt collection for the Queen Mary residential estate, with operational liaison with the central credit control team at Queen Mary.
About You
Experience in a Higher Education finance environment is preferred, with knowledge of Agresso and Kinetics systems. Qualifications should include a degree with relevant financial or accounting experience, such as an ICM qualification. Key skills include planning and managing workload within deadlines, excellent attention to detail, and experience in complaint resolution.
About the Section and Directorate
The post holder will support the Head of Housing Services and Residences Finance Officer in delivering customer-focused services, including residential fee advice, payment plans, financial guidance, and funding options for students, with signposting to student support services.
