Role Overview

As a Residences Concierge, I will fully understand the vision of Six Senses Residences to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Behave professionally, setting an example for colleagues, residents, and partners.
  2. Adhere to Six Senses principles, core values, guidelines, and objectives, respecting diverse cultures and nationalities.
  3. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively to uphold high standards and foster professional relationships with residents.
  4. Respond accurately to residents’ requests, assessing their needs and providing personalized recommendations to maximize satisfaction, in line with residents’ standards and policies.
  5. Accommodate special requests whenever possible.
  6. Handle all residents’ requests regarding packages, faxes, messages, and mail, both outgoing and incoming.
  7. Assist residents with inquiries related to residences and hotel services, including operational hours, key personnel, events, directions, etc.
  8. Coordinate with departments for transfer requests and assist residents with transfers as needed.
  9. Plan and recommend activities tailored to residents’ preferences during their stay.
  10. Maintain detailed knowledge of local attractions, directions, monuments, activities, restaurants, shopping, flora, and wildlife on the property and in the neighborhoods.
  11. Possess knowledge of all Six Senses Hotels, Resorts, and Spas to assist with accommodations and travel arrangements.
  12. Have knowledge of nearby countries and what they offer.
  13. Understand the history and demographic facts of the current country.
  14. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene.
  15. Be familiar with safety, security, and emergency procedures.
  16. Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, exceeding performance benchmarks.
  17. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and address guest feedback effectively.
Qualifications

To succeed as a Residences Concierge, candidates should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar luxury hotel role. A hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Technical skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of residential portal platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Computer literacy, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
