Four Seasons Private Residences at Twenty Grosvenor Square is looking to recruit a Residence Night Duty Engineer who is passionate about the implementation and maintenance of the physical functionality and safety of the Residences with a flexible approach and agility. Provide service and repairs to building equipment including electrical, plumbing, gas, fire & safety, HVAC, interior, paint, and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons policies.

Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality repairs efficiently and safely. Work in both Residences (as required) and Landlord areas, repairing equipment, fixtures, fittings, and plant as necessary, depending on skill level.

Ensure health and safety, emergency procedures, and safe working practices are enforced, following current legislation.

What we are looking for

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC specialization.
• Minimum 3-4 years of field experience as an Operations/Maintenance engineer.
• Experience with electrical, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
• Basic computer skills for operating BMS systems.
• Painting and decorating experience.
• Pool plant room operator experience is preferred.
