Residence Engineering Coordinator – Full Time

We are seeking a Residence Engineering Coordinator passionate about providing administrative support and clerical expertise to the Engineering Department. The role involves responding to inquiries efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons’ policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support high-quality repairs and maintenance across the Residence, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high standards.
  • Provide hands-on assistance when appropriate, based on technical expertise and operational needs.
  • Deliver administrative and clerical support to the Engineering Department, handling inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, Health and Safety regulations, Emergency Procedures, and Four Seasons’ standards, fostering a culture of safety, service excellence, and operational compliance.
