OVERVIEW

Showroom Manager but more, really you're managing residential A&D sales - all enquiries go to you, and then you build on that with meetings and entertaining clients in the showroom.Really good brand, good people, good design, good training, good career choice.Must have some experience in the industry.

Leading international design brand is seeking a Showroom and Residential Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its London showroom and grow residential sales. This role combines sales strategy, showroom presentation, and strong client engagement, with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience to private clients, interior designers, and architects.

Client Engagement: Greet and guide clients and design professionals through the showroom experience, providing thoughtful, design-led solutions based on individual project needs.

Sales Management:Drive sales performance by managing leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets.

Business Development: Actively seek out and manage new project opportunities with private clients, interior designers, and architects.

Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is beautifully maintained and up-to-date, reflecting the brand’s standards and aesthetic.

Event Coordination: Organize and host design-focused events such as workshops, launches, or client evenings to enhance engagement.

Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to help shape sales strategy.

Requirements

Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within luxury interiors, design, or furniture sectors.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across a diverse client base.

Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset; comfortable guiding conversations and influencing decisions.

Design Acumen: Confident advising on product selection, with a good understanding of design principles and spatial awareness.

Technical Skills: Competence in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design software is an advantage.

Client Focused: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with a proactive approach and commercial awareness.
