Join a brilliant charity that's all about helping people in prison or on probation turn their lives around.


This floating role covers prisons and probation sites across Essex, stepping in to cover when staff are off. You'll manage existing caseloads and offer 1:1 support focused on resettlement and employment—helping people set goals, find housing, build confidence, and take steps toward work or training.


No two days are the same—but every day you'll make a difference.


What you'll need:
  1. Experience in criminal justice or supporting people facing challenges like addiction, homelessness, or poor mental health
  2. Or a criminology graduate with relevant voluntary experience
  3. You might be a resettlement worker, probation officer, housing support worker, employment advisor—or someone with a real passion for helping people rebuild.
