A leading service provider seeks to appoint a Resettlement Manager for a fixed-term position in Aberdeenshire. The role involves supporting refugee families with their resettlement, ensuring they receive necessary appointments and advice for adapting to life in the UK, with a strong focus on quality service delivery and support.
To work with services, partners, new Scots and welcome communities, to resettle refugees and those seeking humanitarian protection, into Aberdeenshire.
The role is to manage and deliver the resettlement of refugee families into Aberdeenshire tenancies, support families with appointments and complex challenges arising from the resettlement process also advise and support clients with adapting to life the UK and provide intensive support to clients in the first 12 months of resettlement
This role will require home visits so requires a current valid driving licence.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
This post is a fixed-term post for a period of 12 months from the start date in post.
