Communities, Migration Team are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and solution-focused individual to join the team supporting new, migrant, and transient communities.
The team supports new and migrant communities to settle and thrive in Wolverhampton, ensuring all residents benefit from health, economic, and social inclusion through access to services, skills, good quality housing, wellbeing support, and cohesive communities. Working in partnership with various agencies, the team resettles and integrates asylum seekers, refugees, and migrants into the city, ensuring fair access to support, housing, and opportunities.
The role holder will be a key member of our high-paced team. We are looking for someone who is dynamic, passionate, confident in communication, resettlement, and case work, and most importantly, a committed team member dedicated to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable people and households.

Our working arrangements
Roles are assigned to fixed, field, or flexible work styles. Some roles are agile, enabling employees to maximize performance and work-life balance. Fixed roles are at a permanent council location, field roles involve working in the community, and flexible roles allow working from home or various locations as needed. Please refer to the Job Description for details on the work style for this role.
A DBS check is required, and driving will be necessary. You will need to provide your Driving Licence, Business Insurance, and MOT during recruitment.
