The role focuses on quarterly analyses across lines of business, including Casualty, Property, and Financial Lines, with close partnership to Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial and Finance. Qualifications

• Experience in quarterly reserving analyses for multiple lines of business.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coach and develop reserving analysts.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver timely solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly reserve reviews for specified lines, incl. central estimate and management's best estimate.
• Present reserve analyses to management and committees; support external reviews.
• Support planning, reporting, and regulatory submissions as needed (SOX context).
• Provide regular coaching to the reserving analysts and promote Chubb values.
