A global insurance leader is seeking an Actuarial Analyst to join their UK team in Greater London. This hybrid role involves analyzing and collating quarterly reserves across various business lines and enhancing reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified in actuarial studies and possess strong analytical and programming skills. An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the UK Actuarial Reserving Planning and Insights team as an Actuarial Analyst. As a member of the team, you will be involved in collating the quarterly total UK reserving and planning exercises across multiple lines of business and assisting in communication of the financial risk and its consequences – all of which are fundamentally important to our business. You will also be involved in developing and automating the reserving and financial reporting processes within the team as well as wider UK Reserving and Capital team.
Using analytical and mathematical skills, you’ll work alongside some of the most talented actuaries, as well as liaising with other areas of the business, including Pricing, Finance and Underwriting.
