About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • To lead the patient reservations service ensuring the scheduling of patients requiring clinic appointments and/or surgical procedures is efficiently and effectively delivered.
  • To supervise the reservations team ensuring operational requirements of the service are accurately completed on a timely basis.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Good standard of general education to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
  • Current and consolidated experience in administration services ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience of dealing with the general public and supervising staff.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills with the ability toprioritise and manage workload to meet the requirements of the service.
