Job summary

Albert’s Schloss Birmingham, part of the Mission Mars group, is hiring a Reservations Manager to lead reactive and corporate bookings, manage phone enquiries, and upsell packages. The role requires hospitality experience, excellent client communication, and strong organisational skills.

You will work with the Sales Manager to coordinate events, manage handovers to Operations, and participate in showcases and fam trips. Salary £30,000–£31,000 with up to 32% bonus, on-site at Birmingham venue.

Qualifications

• Senior sales, reservations or events experience essential.
• Experience in B2B and corporate/agency bookings.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Highly organised and commercially minded.
• Computer literate with strong admin and guest handling skills.
• Confident telephone manner with wide range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Reactive business: respond to enquiries and convert bookings.
• Corporate/agency: support Sales Manager with larger events.
• Manage incoming phone calls with a warm, professional approach.
• Upsell packages, pre-orders, experiences and bolt-ons.
• Ensure bookings are organised with run sheets and handover to Operations.
