The Role:

  • You will be a natural leader who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You will need to remain calm and collected when managing your team.
  • Inspire your team to deliver the owners' vision and create a unique, immersive dining experience for our guests.
  • Coordinate a high volume of bookings without compromising service quality.
  • Demonstrate experience and capability in managing high-volume operations and busy service periods.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of booking systems such as SevenRooms and Opentable, understanding customer needs to deliver a unique experience.
  • Show passion for learning and developing new skills, encouraging others to grow.
  • Drive the team to excellence through engaging training sessions.
  • Inspire the team to deliver impeccable service with unwavering attention to detail throughout guests' experience at Tattu.
