Reservations & Guest Services Agent (Maternity Cover) - London
We have a fabulous opportunity to join St Martins Lane London and Sanderson London as a Reservations & Guest Services Agent (Maternity Cover) on a fixed-term contract for up to twelve months.
This role is primarily telephone-based and based at St Martins Lane. The Reservations & Guest Services Team is the primary contact for guest booking inquiries across all three hotels.
- Provide accurate directions and local area information.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to requests and inquiries courteously and efficiently.
- Handle guest comments, questions, complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly, taking necessary actions and following through.
- Manage all internal and external calls according to company standards.
- Make wake-up calls as per guest requests, maintaining set standards.
- Quote appropriate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy.
- Manage and allocate guest requests effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel or boutique hotel experience is advantageous.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and excellent command of English (written, reading, spoken).
- Previous experience with OPERA Cloud preferred.
- Telephone/switchboard experience is preferred but not essential.
- A friendly, professional, engaging telephone manner.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm.
