As our next Reservations Coordinator, you…

Will handle all reservations via email, increasing and optimizing room sales and group bookings in line with brand and hotel sales policies.

You will ensure reservations are managed efficiently and pleasantly, with attention to detail and guest experience.

We seek someone proactive, curious, creative, and with a great sense of humor.

You should be confident in all aspects of guest relations, including recognizing and attending to guests requiring special attention.

Maintain strong relationships and communicate effectively with all departments.

If you are ambitious with a methodical approach, you will fit right in!

You will be part of a high-energy, fun team delivering excellent customer service daily.

Our hotel features 178 rooms, meeting spaces, a bar, restaurant, and fitness & sauna facilities.

Fluency in English is essential to best serve and welcome our guests.
