What You Will Be Doing

As Reservations Co-Ordinator, you will work within our sales department managing hotel reservations by phone, taking bookings, providing prices, and giving comprehensive descriptions of our rooms and facilities.

You will follow up on all enquiries promptly, respond to guest emails efficiently, and ensure every guest requirement is met and exceeded.

You will be aware of sales incentives, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue potential at every opportunity.

What You’ll Need to Be a Reservationist
  • Strong attention to detail and IT skills to manage reservations and room allocations.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, 'can do' attitude, and enjoy being busy.
  • Previous experience is preferred, especially in a hotel receptionist role, but passion for customer service and excellent people skills are most important.
