Reservations and Sales Coordinator

COREcruitment is working with a dynamic and growing multi-site bar group with six unique venues across London, each offering a vibrant and unforgettable experience. Their venues are known for their creative themes, lively atmosphere, and top-tier hospitality. Whether it's a casual night out, a private event, or a large corporate booking, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reservations Management: Oversee bookings across all six venues using our reservation system (e.g., Collins, SevenRooms, or similar), optimizing table allocations and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Sales Support: Assist in driving group bookings, private hires, and corporate events by identifying upselling opportunities and providing tailored recommendations to clients.
• Guest Relations: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all inquiries and reservations are handled with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming experience from the first interaction.
• Event Coordination: Liaise with the operations and management teams to ensure smooth execution of private bookings and events.
• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of reservations, sales data, and customer feedback, supporting management in making data-driven decisions.
• Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries and concerns efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in reservations, sales, or front-of-house roles within a hospitality setting, preferably in a multi-site operation.
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident in engaging with guests and clients over the phone, email, and in person.
• Organizational Abilities: Able to manage multiple bookings across various venues while maintaining attention to detail.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using reservation systems (e.g., Collins, OpenTable, SevenRooms) and office software.
• Sales Mindset: A proactive approach to sales, with the ability to identify and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required to support peak periods and special events.
