Join Our Team as a Reservations and Events Coordinator!

Are you a detail-oriented, organized hospitality professional who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences from the first inquiry to final event execution? We’re looking for a Reservations and Events Coordinator to be the single point of contact for all reservations and event operations at our hotel.

This key role involves independently managing individual bookings, group reservations, and event planning, ensuring every detail is captured and executed flawlessly. You will work closely with various departments and liaise directly with guests and clients to ensure a seamless and memorable stay or event.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately handle all individual and group bookings using the hotel’s PMS.
  • Prepare and send contracts, confirmations, and event communication to clients.
  • Coordinate internal logistics and function sheets with relevant departments.
  • Manage room blocks and monitor pick-up to optimize occupancy.
  • Process all types of payments promptly, including event billing and third-party transactions.
  • Liaise with clients to finalize event and reservation details.
  • Ensure accurate record keeping and effective use of all communication channels.
  • Provide support with administrative and departmental tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in reservations, front office, or events within hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in PMS and reservation systems (e.g., Opera, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full reservations and events process.
