A day in the life of…

As a Reservations Agent, you will support the hotel’s pricing strategy, maximize revenue and market share, and convert reservation enquiries from individuals and groups into confirmed bookings. You will also manage relationships with local corporate bookers and utilize sales opportunities to boost revenue.

Based at the Holiday Inn Express London Excel, you will be part of a passionate team that values work-life balance and excellence.

What do we need from you?

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and adhering to our brand standards.

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Willingness to learn computer technology and sales techniques
• Experience with groups and reservations
• Experience with hotel booking systems such as GDS or equivalent
• UK citizen or valid work permit
• Knowledge of OPERA

You should be collaborative, result-driven, brand-oriented, and proactive in anticipating customer and market needs. The ability to up-sell and suggestively sell Aimbridge and IHG Hotels group products and services is essential.
