  • Assisting with Reception duties when required.
  • Staying informed about hotel facilities and local activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the telephone according to The Stafford’s standards
  • Ensuring all reservations, inquiries, and requests are confirmed in line with company policy
  • Negotiating with clients to maximize revenue while satisfying their needs
  • Maintaining relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business and developing new relationships for new guests
  • Keeping the Property Management System (Opera V5) updated with accurate records
  • Assisting with Reception duties when required and being aware of all Front Office procedures
  • Staying informed about all tariffs, promotions, hotel facilities, local area activities, and London events
