Job DescriptionPortico are currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent (Conference Services Coordinator) for our team based at an American multinational investment bank and financial services company based in the City.

The Conference Services Coordinator will work closely with our Conference Services team, taking ownership for the reservations related to all meetings and events booking requests. They will ensure that client requests are managed in a timely manner and in line with our booking guidelines, as well as ensuring space utilisation is maximised. They will also need to build strong working relationships with onsite vendors to ensure full oversight of booking requirements is communicated.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8.5 hours a day shifts between 08.00 - 18.30, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,894
QualificationsThe successful candidate must be friendly, innovative, motivated by service excellence, with excellent attention to detail.
Previous reservations experience within a 5-star hotel or high-end corporate environment is essential.
Familiarity with Events planning is desirable.
