Reservations & Admin Coordinator - Staybridge Suites, Newcastle.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:

Manage company and third-party site guest requests, ensuring that these are communicated through the team and on our internal PMS.

Respond to guest comments on third party and company sites

Reservation checks

Manage incoming reservation enquiries and secure business in line with agreed strategies, booking policies and procedures, in the absence of the Reservations Supervisor. Ensure all payment details are correct

Monitor the enquiries mailbox

Assist in AR billing accounts including sending accurate invoices, collecting and allocating payments

Assist on front desk to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods

Assist breakfast team to cover holidays and sickness

Update weekly timesheets

Draft HR Paperwork where required

Stock ordering where required for admin and front office

IHG Rewards reimbursements and allocating guest points where required

Actively develop a full understanding of the mechanics of the business

Assist DOS/RSM in any additional projects that may occur

Attending and running an Evening Social where required

Attend weekly internal meeting to discuss business levels and agree any focus required

Monthly reporting

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

A good working knowledge of systems/technology is desired.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and anticipate guest needs.

High level of product, service and location knowledge to enhance the guest experience.

Demonstrate a service attitude that exceeds expectations.

Be familiar with IHG rewards
