We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservationist to join the team. You are often the first person our guests speak to on the phone, so it will be your responsibility to set the tone and make a great first impression. You'll exceed their expectations, providing an excellent guest experience right from the start. Your role will primarily involve answering calls and responding to booking queries from guests or clients in the Front Office. You need to be IT savvy and comfortable working in an office environment. Much of your role will be autonomous, so confidence working alone is essential, but you should also be able to support the Front of House team when needed. A customer-focused attitude, a passion for customer service, and offering the best deals and packages are key to success in this role.

We are looking for an experienced Reservationist with a passion for exceeding guest expectations. You should be confident and competent in IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Opera, and Concerto. Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone/email, are essential to ensure queries are handled promptly, friendly, and professionally. An outgoing personality, flexibility, and strong attention to detail are important. All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, with documented proof required during the recruitment process.
