With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor of one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Reservationist to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, OXO has a place for you.

As the new Reservationist, you will work 40 hours a week in our Sales Team.

About the role…

As a reservationist, you will be welcoming our customers and making their journey through OXO a memorable experience by providing a 5* star service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent service for all internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered for OXO.
  • Being comfortable using booking systems and monitoring bookings.
  • Processing large group bookings.
  • Executing sales strategies and tasks as directed by the Events and Sales Manager.
