Job summary

Hawksmoor St Pancras is seeking a Reservationist to join our team in London. You will be at the heart of guest experience, welcoming guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating seating and cloakroom, and supporting the floor team to ensure service runs smoothly.

In this fast-paced hospitality role, you’ll help deliver warm, generous hospitality from the first hello, communicating clearly with managers and kitchen staff.

• Communicate clearly with managers, floor teams and the kitchen
• Support the floor team by helping set and reset tables and assist service when needed
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone and email with care and professionalism

As a Reservationist at Hawksmoor, you’ll be right at the heart of the guest experience. This is not a desk-based role. You’ll be welcoming guests, managing reservations and waiting lists, coordinating seating and cloakroom, and supporting the floor team to keep service running smoothly. You’ll be a key part of how we deliver warm, generous hospitality from the very first hello.

What You’ll Do

• Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential, full training provided
