The Role

As a Reservationist, you will be part of our friendly team, ensuring guests receive excellent booking experiences. Your responsibilities include handling all reservations professionally and promptly, making each booking a positive and memorable experience. You will manage reservations for rooms, the restaurant, and spa, maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction.
