Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and guest-focused Reservation Sales Manager to lead our reservations function. This role is central to managing group and transient bookings, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage all reservation enquiries and bookings across multiple channels.
- Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities into confirmed room nights and conference bookings, contributing to overall revenue growth and market share.
- Maximise occupancy through effective availability and booking management.
- Lead and support the reservations team to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with central sales and revenue teams to optimise performance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Travel to other RBH Hospitality locations may be required for operational or development purposes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across a 7-day rota.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and revenue strategies is desirable.
