Job Title: Group Reservations Manager – Luxury Hotel – Somerset

Salary: Up to £36,000 + Bonus

Location: Somerset

We are currently recruiting a Reservations Manager to join this luxury hotel. As Reservations Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the central reservation department. We are seeking someone with a proven track record in achieving sales targets who can develop, train, and lead a successful team.

About the position

  1. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the reservations department
  2. Assist with reservation enquiries
  3. Recruit, train, and develop the team
  4. Achieve and surpass all targets
  5. Ensure all departmental SOPs are up to date
  6. Attend weekly meetings
  7. Develop a clear and effective process for dealing with complaints
  8. Lead by example

The successful candidate

  • Will have previous experience as a Reservations Manager
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communicator and leader
  • Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
