Synthires seeks a STEM Expert (MSc./PhD) for remote collaboration to support AI training through rigorous scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows. Candidates must have deep expertise in at least one STEM field and be able to contribute to complex problem solving.

You will review AI-generated solutions, identify errors, and provide precise feedback. Proficiency in Python and strong problem-solving skills are essential, with immediate onboarding and flexible scheduling.

About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for STEM and scientific-domain experts to contribute to AI training through technical problem-solving, scientific reasoning, data analysis, and Python-based workflows. Candidates need deep expertise in at least one relevant scientific or quantitative field; expertise across all STEM disciplines is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex scientific, mathematical, and technical problems within your area of expertise.
• Review AI-generated solutions for scientific, mathematical, and factual accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using coding agents in technical workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scientific tools such as NumPy, SciPy, pandas, SymPy, Jupyter, or relevant domain-specific libraries.
• Relevant expertise gained through academic research, industry, teaching, engineering, or independent technical work.

Compensation

• $60–$120/hour, with output-based payment for tasks meeting project specifications.
• Approximately 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Immediate availability preferred; first task expected within 24–48 hours after onboarding.
