Job summary

Diabetes UK in London is seeking a Research Steering and Involvement Coordinator to provide vital operational support to the Diabetes Research Steering Groups (DRSGs) and cross‑group activities. You will manage the shared inbox, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and papers, and record high‑quality minutes while acting as a key point of contact for members.

• Manage the DRSG inbox, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and papers, and record high‑quality minutes as a contact for members.
• Support projects and help shape member involvement within the evolving DRSGs, including co‑facilitating discussions and tracking insights.
• Identify peer reviewers for highlight notice applications and support Patient and Public Involvement activities, working with the Grants Advisory Panel and related initiatives.
